Gareth Davies

Managing Director, Cobham

Your Davies Property Partners Story

This year marks my 20th year with the business, a journey that has been both fulfilling and inspiring.

I joined the family business in 2004, working alongside my father, and in 2021, my sister and I took over the reins. My entire career has been with Davies Property Partners, and I'm incredibly proud of the reputation we've built for providing exceptional service. My consistently professional yet friendly approach along with always being transparent, are at the core of my professional philosophy. I strive to go beyond the expected to deliver better outcomes for our clients. Growing up and being educated locally in Cobham, I have a deep connection to the community and an intimate knowledge of the local property market.

Tell us about you outside of work

I live in Cobham with my wife Amiera, and my daughter, Florence, attends St. Teresa's in Effingham. I am a director of One Cobham – our local Business Improvement District group which I believe is a good way of giving back to the High Street which has always served me well. I also volunteer for the Princess Alice Hospice and have an elderly community member who I visit weekly, offering neighbourly compassion. Outside of work, I love exploring the outdoors, whether on my bike or on foot. Bike packing and hiking are my favourite ways to experience the beauty of Surrey. I'm also a keen cook, always experimenting with new recipes, and an occasional gamer, which helps me unwind.

Being part of our local community is important to me, and I bring that personal connection and dedication to my work every day. If you're looking to buy, sell, or let a property, I'd be delighted to help you navigate the process with the expertise and care that Davies Property Partners is known for. Feel free to reach out to me directly for any inquiries or to discuss your property needs. I'm here to ensure you have a personalised and exceptional experience.

Favourite bit of the house

Always the kitchen for me, the opportunity to combine gadgets, cooking, entertaining, and of course, that’s where the drinks are kept!

Fun fact

I’ve got a big “shark-bite” scar across my stomach from a lifesaving operation I had in Turkey when I was just 6 months old. Not fun, but pretty cool, I think.
