Samantha Ibell joins the team as Senior Negotiator
Davies Property Partners, the Elmbridge estate agent that serves Cobham, Claygate and Hinchley Wood, has appointed Samantha Ibell to the role of Senior Negotiator as part of its continued growth plans.
Samantha, who has 10 years’ experience as an estate agent – and who joins the business from John D. Wood & Co on Cobham High Street – is based out of the Cobham office, where she will work closely with Lewis Sutehall, Sales Director, and Managing Director Gareth Davies.
The Surrey estate agent, which first opened its doors in 2002, has been growing steadily over recent months following several strategic hires.
Samantha’s appointment is expected to bolster the business’s plans to secure additional market share over the next 12 months via its mission to lead the local property market in service, sales and customer satisfaction.
On joining Davies Property Partners, Samantha comments: “In the weeks since I became a part of the Davies Property Partners team, I’ve already seen new buyer enquiries increase significantly.
