Grosvenor, Elmbridge’s independent property experts with offices in Claygate, Cobham and Hinchley Wood, is urging youngsters across the district to get their pencils, pens and paints at the ready after launching a Christmas card design competition.
The estate agent is calling for those aged 16 and under to design a front cover for this year’s official Christmas card. One lucky winner will win a brand new iPad Mini and £250 to donate to the charity of their choice.
The winning design, which will be decided by a panel that includes the business’s four directors, will become the front cover of Grosvenor’s Christmas card and sent to hundreds of Surrey residents in the lead up to the festive season.
All budding artists need to do to enter is create their design on a blank sheet of A4 paper and drop it into their nearest office by 5pm on 30 November whilst accompanied by an adult. Entrants are being asked to leave their name, age and contact details on the reverse.
Gareth Davies, Managing Director at Grosvenor, comments: “We want to give youngsters a reason to get creative and have fun this festive season, so a Christmas card design competition felt like the perfect opportunity. We’re giving all entrants free rein to come up with whatever design they like. It might be a funny card or it could have an environmental theme. Whatever it is, we hope those participating have fun and we look forward to receiving the entries.”
On winner will be chosen and notified by midday on Friday 3 December.
